SENS (Stored Energy Systems LLC), a leading manufacturer of engine generator set (gen set) battery chargers, has announced that it has achieved IBC Certification for its complete line of engine starting chargers and battery selectors. SENS chargers and battery selectors are believed to be the only products in their respective classes to achieve this critical certification.

All 50 states have adopted the IBC (International Building Code) at either the state or local level as the prevailing building code law in the United States. The IBC codes require key mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems in critical buildings to withstand significant seismic events and still operate properly.
