Each year, the EGSA Fall Conference sets the tone for the On-Site Power Industry. Your participation in this event can have a lasting, positive impact on how we shape our Industry's future. Manufacturers, Distributor/Dealers, Engineers and Consultants -- all have an equal voice in moving the Association and the Industry forward. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted until Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. (EST). A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted until Friday, August 23, 2019. No refunds or credits toward future conferences will be granted after August 23, 2019.  All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences.

Got "EGSA Bucks"?

Unfortunately, you cannot register online if you will use "EGSA Bucks" to pay for part (or all) of your registration. However, you can still register by downloading the print registration form and sending it to us via mail or fax.

Registration Instructions
  1. Click on the Registration image below (you will be redirected to the EGSA database at 123Signup.com to complete your registration) and type the email address of the person who will be attending the conference.

  2. Each attendee from your company must register separately. Please note that a Guest is a spouse or significant other, not a coworker.


If your company is a member but you are only seeing non-member pricing when you try to register there are a few possible reasons:

  1. Your company's 2019 membership has not been renewed.  Search the Membership Directory - if your company name does not appear it means that the membership is not renewed.  Please contact Debby Robinson to make a payment.

  2. If your company appears in the Directory, then you have to be added to the employee list or your email address does not match our records - contact us to get added.
