Exhibitor Showcase

The EGSA Fall Conference draws representatives from the top manufacturers, distributors and consultants that make up the On-Site Power Industry. Our Exhibitor Showcase is an excellent way for companies to display new products, services and technology to your industry leaders. Exhibition hours (see the schedule) are spread out over the course of the Conference to ensure companies get maximum "face time" with show attendees.

Manufacturers, Manufacturer’s Reps, Consultants or any company that offers a product or service to Distributor/Dealers are encouraged to exhibit in the Showcase. Here, they will interact with Distributor/Dealers, Manufacturer’s Reps and Consultants who are interested in On-Site Power products and services.

Non-Member $600**

In order to exhibit in the Fall Conference Exhibitor Showcase, you must be a registered Conference attendee.  This includes ALL booth staff.

Exhibitors Receive:
  • 1 6ft. table in the showcase, with standard hotel table linens.
  • (2) Chairs
  • Trash Bin
  • If you require electricity, or any other audio visual services, please download the following form and return to the parties listed on the form: PSAV Exhibit Order Form 
  • Listing in Conference Program Book (table top registration must be received by August 17, 2017 in order to be included in the Conference Show Program)

Rules and Regulations:

  • Tabletop assignments are on a first come, first placed basis
  • Full payment must accompany registration before table will be assigned 
  • Only Tabletop displays are permitted; No backdrops or displays that stand on the floor will be permitted 
  • Literature, samples and giveaways must fit on the tabletop 
  • No items of any kind are permitted on the floor, next to or in front of your table 

Shipping & Receiving


FedEx Office is located inside of the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. FedEx Office is committed to providing you with an outstanding experience during your stay. All guest and event packages being shipped to the hotel must follow the shipping instructions outlined below.

  • Shipments are limited to no sooner than two (2) business days from the first day of the event (Friday, September 15th). Shipments received earlier than this time may be subject to a storage fee.
  • Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials being delivered or brought into the hotel. Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required.
  • Hotel receiving entrance is open from 6:30am until 3:00pm Monday through Friday.
  • Any Materials being sent to the hotel must be marked as follows:

*Any other special deliveries must be approved prior to shipping by the group assigned Event Planning Manager.

*Payment will be charged when boxes are delivered. When requesting for package delivery on-site, there must be someone present to sign and make payment for delivery.

Shipping Out:

  • IMPORTANT! When Shipping out Materials from the Hotel, Each Exhibitor will be responsible for his or her packages. Each Exhibitor must have their own items boxed and labeled with the appropriate FedEx or UPS shipping labels attached in order to ship packages. Any and all costs and fees associated with shipping and receiving are your responsibility, and are subject to change without notice to EGSA. 
  • Please be sure to have your FedEx or UPS account number handy in case you need extra labels. FedEx labels can be picked up at the FedEx office on-site at the hotel, and UPS labels can be printed at the business center located on the Ballroom level of the hotel near the escalators.
  • You may leave taped and labeled boxes only by your table at the conclusion of the show, and hotel personnel will move them to the shipping area.

Cancellation Policy:

All Cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted until Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. (EST). A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted until Thursday, August 17, 2017. No refunds or credits toward future conferences will be granted after August 17, 2017. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences.
