Cancellation Policy
All Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted until 2/5/2010. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted until 2/19/2010. No refunds will be granted after 2/19/2010. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Substitutions will be permitted. Confirmed attendees who do not attend the conference will not be granted refunds.
Got "EGSA Bucks"?
Unfortunately, you cannot register online if you will use "EGSA Bucks" to pay for part or all of your registration. However, you can still register by downloading the print registration form and sending it to us via mail or fax.
