Spring Fly Fishing Tournament

Fly FishingThis EGSA tournament will be the first of its kind in a decade as we will be fly fishing! That’s right! Sandia Lakes has given a private Catch and Release lake for our fly fishermen who prefer a quiet surrounding. And, for the first time ever, there will be tagged fish in the lake worth $20-$500 if caught.

Sandia Lakes has been in its present location for over three decades. Owned and operated by the Pueblo of Sandia, it sits on 58 acres of the Rio Grande Bosque with approximately 20 acres of surface water. The Sandia Lakes staff takes pride in their excellent customer service, and in maintaining a clean healthy environment for their guests, as well as the wildlife that makes Sandia Lakes its home.

The cost of the tournament is $200.00 per person which includes: Transportation to and from the tournament site, boxed lunch, park entrance fees, bait, tackle, and equipment.
