Exhibitor Showcase

The EGSA Annual Spring Conference draws representatives from the top manufacturers, distributors and consultants that make up the On-Site Power Industry. Our Exhibitor Showcase is an excellent way for companies to display new products, services and technology to these industry leaders. This Spring, our Showcase is bigger than ever with extended Exhibition hours to ensure companies get maximum "face time" with show attendees.

NEW This Year!  We now allow you to purchase Booth Staff Registration instead of Full Conference Registration if you are not planning on attending the actual Conference.  


Booth Staff Registration includes access to the Showcase Floor as well as the following events (located inside the showcase):
  • Sunday Welcome Reception (2 drink tickets and heavy hors d'oeuvres included)
  • Monday Breakfast 
  • Monday Welcome Lunch
  • Tuesday Breakfast 

IT DOES NOT INCLUDE
  • Education/Conference Sessions
  • Committee Meetings
  • Monday Awards Reception/Banquet
  • Tuesday Closing Reception
  • Tuesday Networking Activities

You must register for the full conference if you want to attend the conference sessions, evening receptions/dinner or networking events.  Please visit the conference registration page to register for the full conference.  Booth Staff Registration can be purchased through the Exhibitor Showcase Registration link at the bottom of this page.

**To exhibit you must be registered as either a Conference attendee or as Booth Staff.  This fee is for the exhibit space ONLY, Conference or Booth Staff Registration is NOT included with this fee.  If you do not plan to participate in the conference events, please register yourself as Booth Staff when you purchase your space below.  To register for the Conference as a full attendee, click here. 


Exhibitors Receive:

  • 10 x 10 booth space (8' height restriction)
  • Pipe and drape (3’ high dividers on sides)

Rules and Regulations:

  • Booth assignments are on a first come, first placed basis.
  • Full payment must accompany registration before booths can be assigned.
  • MOVE-OUT - All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit hall by Tuesday, March 17th at 4:00 p.m.

Monday, March 16th

7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  Exhibitor Showcase OPEN

7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Breakfast inside Exhibitor Showcase

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch inside Exhibitor Showcase 

Tuesday, March 17th

Cancellation Policy 

All Cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted until Friday, February 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (EST). A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted until Friday, February 21, 2020. No refunds or credits toward future conferences will be granted after February 21, 2020. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences.

Exhibitor Showcase & Booth Staff Registration Instructions

Each person working the booth must be registered either as Booth Staff or as a Full Conference Attendee.   

  1. Click on the Registration image below (you will be redirected to the EGSA database at 123Signup.com to complete your registration) and type your email address.  Please make sure the booth is in the name of the person who will be attending the conference and setting up the booth.

  2. If you are registering yourself as Booth Staff, you can purchase the registration at the same time as your booth.  If a booth has already been reserved by a coworker, you can register yourself as Booth Staff using the link below.


If you are a member but are only seeing non-member pricing when you try to register there are a few possible reasons:

  1. Your company's 2020 membership has not been renewed.  Search the Membership Directory - if your company name does not appear it means that the membership is not renewed.  Please contact Debby Robinson to make a payment.

  2. If your company appears in the Directory, then you have to be added to the employee list or your email address does not match our records - contact us to get added.
