Cancellation Policy

All Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted until 8/6/2010. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted until 8/20/2010. No refunds will be granted after 8/20/2010. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Substitutions will be permitted. Confirmed attendees who do not attend the conference will not be granted refunds.
