Each year, the EGSA Annual Spring Conference creates the best opportunity to get on-site power professionals together! Not only will this conference set the tone for the year in our industry, your participation in this event can have a lasting, positive impact on how we shape the future of on-site power. 

Manufacturers, Distributor/Dealers, Engineers and Consultants—all have an equal voice in moving the Association and the Industry forward. If you have any questions regarding the registration process, show information, advertising or sponsorships please feel free to contact us. Members are also strongly encouraged to take advantage of our "Early Bird" rates. Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted until Friday, February 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (EST). A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted until Friday, February 21, 2020. No refunds or credits toward future conferences will be granted after February 21, 2020. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences. 

*Networking Events will NOT be refunded as deposits are pre-paid.

Got "EGSA Bucks"?

Unfortunately, you cannot register online if you will use "EGSA Bucks" to pay for part or all of your registration. However, you can still register by downloading the print EGSA Bucks registration form and sending it to us via mail along with your EGSA Bucks.

Conference Attendee Registration Instructions

  1. Click on the Registration button below (you will be redirected to the EGSA database at to complete your registration) and type the email address of the person who will be attending the conference.

  2. Each attendee from your company must register separately. Please note that a Guest is a spouse or significant other, not a coworker.

If your company is a member but you are only seeing non-member pricing when you try to register there are a few possible reasons:

  1. Your company's 2020 membership has not been renewed.  Search the Membership Directory - if your company name does not appear it means that the membership is not renewed.  Please contact Debby Robinson to make a payment.

  2. If your company appears in the Directory, then you have to be added to the employee list or your email address does not match our records - contact us to get added.
